TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Fida International (S) Private Limted (hereon known as the Company) warrants that the products shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship in the course of normal usage when purchased from authorised FIDA dealers for the duration of the warranty.

 Warranty is only valid

If registration is filled, submitted through the net within 10 days from the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
for the main item only (i.e. modem, scanner, camera or network product) and does not cover accessories bundled with the product such as software, product adapter, cable, wire and gifts.
for carry-in servicing only.
If the warranty card and the proof of purchase are presented at the Service Centre. Otherwise, charges will be incurred for parts replacements and servicing.

The warranty will be rendered null and void in the event of
unauthorised alternation, modification and tampering of the item by personnel other than the Company's Support Executives.
damages by accident, adnormal power supply, misuse, fire, lighting, and any Act of God.

The company will not be liable for any costs incurred to transport the item to and from the service centre and will not be responsible for any mishaps or loss of item during transportation

The Company reserves the right to service or replace the defective item with a similar item albeit not identical in order to render the product workable at its own discretion.

The Company will not be liable for any :
direct, indirect, special, incident or consequential damages resulting from any breach of the items and conditions set in the warranty or under any other legal theory.
loss of data, profits or goodwill; damage or destruction of any data, programmes, equipment or other properties, cost of recovering, reprogramming or reproducing any data, programmes or equipment; personal loss, injury or any other damages.

This agreement is the whole and entire agreement between you and the Company and supersedes any prior or different agreements and shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
